About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, positive, phone-loving sales professional to join our team as a Winback Sales / Customer Service Representative for Creating Better Days CBD / Professor Whyte's Kratom Manufacturer.
This role focuses on re-engaging past customers, rebuilding relationships, and turning inactive accounts back into consistent buyers. If you love talking to people, overcoming objections, and bringing excitement to every call — this is for you.
This is a high-volume phone sales role. You must enjoy being on the phones most of the day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling past and inactive customers to win back business
- Re-introducing our product lines and identifying new sales opportunities
- Overcoming objections with confidence and professionalism
- Educating customers on product benefits and new offerings
- Building rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Accurately documenting calls and outcomes in our system
- Maintaining a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day
Who We’re Looking For

- Someone who genuinely loves being on the phone
- Comfortable handling objections and turning “no” into “yes”
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven

- Sales or phone experience preferred (CBD, kratom, or supplement knowledge is a plus but not required)
