What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Account Manager, Ahold, Market Basket, & Weis position at Nature's Path?
The day to day:
- Leading the development of annual budget and trade spend strategy for key accounts. (Ahold, Market Basket, Weis)
- Managing monthly, quarterly, bi-annual meetings with each customer to review the state of the business, present new items, conduct line reviews, and customized promotional calendars. (Identifying gaps/opportunities/risks and provide action plans for improvements)
- Develop business plans and sales strategies to ensure sales goals and objectives.
- Providing excellent merchandising and category recommendations to support sales growth.
- Building and execution of an omni-channel strategy.
- Creating and understanding promotional budgets and activities.
- Inputting forecasted base and incremental sales volume by SKU for direct accounts.
- Trade fund management and forecasting
- Maintaining and using data analysis tools (Spins/IRI/Nielson)
Notes:
- Head office experience with the clients listed is required
- This is a remote role - with preference for talent in Central USA.
- 25 - 30% travel is anticipated.
- This opportunity will pay around $145,000 - $155,000 with a 20% bonus.
- We offer great benefits and a $500/month car allowance as well.
