Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for a variety of processing duties, including but not limited to accurately and efficiently packaging products with high attention to detail to meet daily packaging productivity, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Required to weigh out finished products with extreme accuracy and consistency and carefully handle product preparation while ensuring labeling and packaging of products are compliant with regulations.
- On non-packaging days, this position will assist in the labs and/or various other areas of the facility.
The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D at a minimum
- State law requires that applicants be 21 years old to work for a cultivation center
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and improve each operation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Good documentation practices
- Must be willing and able to wear all required and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to complete and obtain an Agent ID as approved by the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services
- Other duties as assigned
