What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Naturalistic Learning Center?
Naturalistic Learning Center (NLC) is looking for a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home services. Some services may also occur in daycare and school settings. Center-based services are projected to start in early 2027. This position is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is looking to improve their skill set or those looking for a kind and supportive work environment. An ideal Board Certified Behavior Analyst candidate would show initiative and passion for working with children and adolescents with autism.
Following successful credentialing a $5,000 sign on bonus will be provided.
BCBA job duties include:
· Service Delivery (assessments, supervision, parent training, etc.)
· Clinical Documentation (report writing and session notes)
· Creation and maintenance of client programming
· Creation and maintenance of the client’s Behavior Intervention Plan
· Maintaining all aspects of the ethical code
· Staff training (for individual cases)
· Communication and collaboration with treatment stakeholders (family, school, etc.)
