Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, debit card, and other approved payment transactions while maintaining accuracy and accountability
- Answer customer questions and provide general product and store information
- Assist with customer pickups, online order preparation, fulfillment, and phone inquiries
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
- Maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor displays
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization, stock checks, and related operational tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer-facing areas, workstations, and common areas
- Support both customer-facing and operational responsibilities, assisting in various areas of the store as business needs require
- Collaborate with team members and management to support daily store operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Comfortable engaging with customers and building positive relationships
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions preferred
- Ability to perform basic retail math accurately, including cash handling, discounts, totals, and inventory counts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform stocking duties
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
