Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.

What You’ll Do
- Teach students from TK through 12th grade using the Mathnasium Method™ — full training provided.
- Work one-on-one or at a shared table with 3–4 students grouped by age, each at different points on their Math Journey.
- Track student progress and adjust your approach to keep every student engaged.
- Help maintain a safe, focused, and welcoming learning environment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for math and for working with students of all ages.
- Warmth and patience — parents and kids should feel at ease with you.
- Math skills through at least Algebra I (Pre-Calc or Calculus opens more hours and higher pay).
- Available 2–4 days per week, Sunday through Thursday — Sunday availability is a big plus!
- Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
- Comfortable with technology and digital learning tools.
