A Day In The Life of A Facilities Technician:
What We're Looking For From You:

A Day In The Life of A Facilities Technician:
- Inspect all areas of the facility daily to identify problems with system failures, structural damages or breakages
- Respond to requests for maintenance services, including repairing locks, utilities, furniture assembly and installation
- Repair minor plumbing issues, drywall and do some carpentry work
- Change lights bulbs and ensure other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
- Painting
- Maintain all restrooms by ensuring that hands-free faucets, stalls and paper dispensers are working properly
- Test performance of appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves
- You will work a set shift of Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
What We're Looking For From You:
- Proven experience as handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Basic math skills
- Forklift certification or experience preferred
