We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with strong relationships across the Inland Empire (Riverside & San Bernardino counties), a solid book of business, and a proven ability to drive revenue. What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth across the Inland Empire territory, managing and expanding relationships with dispensaries, retailers, and key accounts
- Represent Natura’s portfolio, with a strong focus on Sluggers and other high-demand brands
- Own and execute sales strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Open new accounts while growing existing business within your territory
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers across IE retail locations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Stay ahead of local market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand in the IE region
- Represent Natura at local trade shows, pop-ups, and industry events
Who You Are
- Proven cannabis sales experience with active relationships in the Inland Empire market
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets, managing $300K–$1M in revenue
- Deep understanding of IE dispensary landscape and buyer behavior
- Skilled closer with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and driven to grow territory revenue
- Passionate about cannabis and excited to represent top-tier brands
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 DOE
- Aggressive commission structure — high earning potential tied to performance
