Customer Service - Nursery Outlet Loaders Spring 2026

Pay: From $15.25 per hour

NOW HIRING!_ Join us at our job fair on Wednesday, February 25, 2025 from 3 pm to 5 pm. Interviews conducted on the spot!!

Spring Season: March 25 through June 21 (13 weeks)

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (closed Monday and Tuesday for restocking)

Hours: 10:00am - 5:00pm (some Loaders may be asked to report earlier and stay a bit later)

Note: flexibility exists for a less than full Wednesday through Sunday schedule

Must be at least 16 yrs old

Hourly Rate: $15.25

We are closed for restocking on Mondays and Tuesdays

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Efficiently and safely loading and unloading plants and related products into or out of customer vehicles
• Delivery of courteous service. Interacting with retail customers by answering questions or directing them to a more experienced team member as needed
• Unloading plant and product deliveries
• Moving sold plants and related products to delivery or pick-up areas
• Organizing materials and maintaining the appearance of the loading area
• Retrieving and sanitizing carts from the parking lot and returning them to cart corals

Qualifications:

Loaders must be able to:

• Lift and move 10 to 40 pounds on a frequent basis
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Be detail oriented
• Interact with customers and co-workers in a polite and courteous manner
• Work with multiple teams of co-workers

Things You Should Know:

• The work is fast paced, repetitive and physically demanding
• Loaders lift and carry heavy objects and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in awkward positions
• The work is outdoors regardless of weather
• There is limited exposure to fumes, odors, loud noises
