WHOLESALE ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
POSITION OVERVIEW:
· Responsible for driving sales and building a mutually profitable business relationship within an assigned account base by setting and implementing strategies that support the brands
· Manage and assist with nurturing relationships of individual accounts include e-commerce accounts, department stores and marketplace accounts
· Independently present seasonal collections to a range of current and potential accounts; communicate the brands' strength and position in the market on a consistent basis
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Account Management
· Manage sales of individual accounts including analyzing sales/stock performance on a weekly basis, suggest re-orders and margin building opportunities
· Write retailer buys based on merchandising direction and account needs to maximize in store presentation
· Manage all order entry and maintenance ensuring accuracy of all respective account orders in the system, collaborating with Data Entry on the process and able to effectively communicate order updates to buying offices
· Work with each account to communicate any delivery delays and PO extensions that may be required
· Run and manage open orders, bulk orders and shipped reports on daily basis, initiate resolution to fill all orders
· Partner with production and logistics to ensure orders are shipped complete and on time
· Create ATS packets to send to stores in season to get additional sales
· Maintain seasonal replenishment analysis report and update as needed
· Follow-up and coordinate all ongoing projects to meet stated deadlines
· Timely response or resolution to customer inquiries
· Daily communication with clients and completion of administrative requests
· Prospect regularly to acquire new accounts for the company
· Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry fashion trends with expert knowledge on account specific details
· Identify assortment gaps based on past performance, competitive trends and collaboration with buyers h
Salary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 based on experience. (hourly position/non-exempt)
