Natomas Unified School District is hiring Clerical staff in the areas of: Office Specialist, Health Services Assistant, Library Media Technician and School Secretary.

Requirements / Qualifications

Substitute Clerical Pool Tests: You must pass the appropriate Clerical Skills proficiency test given at the District Office and typing test. Office Specialist - Typing 40 wpm Health Services Assistant - Typing 40 wpm Library Media Technician - Typing 40 wpm School Secretary I, - Typing 45 wpm & Clerical Skills I Test School Secretary II & III - Typing 45 wpm & Clerical Skills II Test Typing Certificate (Issued within the last two years, for 40-45 wpm. Must include the name, address, and phone number of the issuing agency along with the net wpm and length of test (3-minute minimum). Typing certificates from web-based programs are not accepted. NUSD Human Resources Department offers typing tests (free of charge) at the district office. In order to schedule a proficiency or typing test appointment, please email hr@natomasunified.org or call 916-567-5470.

To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and successful reference checks. Upon hiring, TB and Fingerprint Clearance will be required prior to employment. Employee Entrance Evaluation (at District's expense) will also be required (if applicable). Work history must be filled out on application. Please attach the required documents below:
