Natoli Engineering is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality initiatives and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS) at our St. Charles facility. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and continue to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and document quality procedures and work instructions aligned with industry best practices.
Address and resolve customer concerns with timely and effective corrective actions.
Champion the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) system to reduce nonconforming product and increase customer satisfaction.
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including customer audits.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions.
Establish and maintain an effective calibration system.
Support process documentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and facilitate training opportunities to reduce the risk of nonconformance.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall quality objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience leading a quality department, preferably in a manufacturing or tool & die environment.
Hands-on experience developing or maintaining ISO-compliant quality systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
Proficiency with Quality Management Software is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of interfacing effectively across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certification or degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar quality leadership role, ideally within a tool & die manufacturing setting.
