Service Manager
Location: Lake St. Louis, MO (regular travel to Sunset Hills; occasional travel to Chesterfield)

About the Role
Pro Outdoor provides irrigation, lighting, and drainage services for residential and commercial properties across the St. Louis area. We're hiring a Service Manager to oversee field service operations, manage technicians, and maintain high service quality standards.
This position is based in Lake St. Louis and includes regular travel to Sunset Hills and occasional travel to Chesterfield. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in irrigation, plumbing, or other service trades and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support field technicians and service staff
- Oversee daily scheduling and technician deployment
- Maintain quality control and resolve customer issues quickly
- Monitor labor, materials, and job completion metrics
- Support budgeting and identify ways to improve efficiency
- Enforce company safety standards and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Represent Pro Outdoor professionally at all times
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or service management role
- Background in irrigation, plumbing, landscaping, HVAC, or related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, reports, and service software
- Familiar with ServiceTitan, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred:
- Associate degree or trade certification, or 10 years of equivalent experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Schedule & Travel
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility during peak seasons. Regular travel between Lake St. Louis and Sunset Hills, and occasional travel to Chesterfield as needed.
