Duties
- Lead the development and execution of the following tribal environmental programs, ensuring alignment with federal deliverables: 1) EPA IGAP, Corp of Engineers NAMSEI Program, NSF Coastal Monitoring, Brownsfield Cleanup.
- Manage these multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using project management tools such as Monday.com, Company Cam
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among tribal departments, government agencies, vendors, and community partners to advance environmental initiatives.
- Oversee requirements gathering, scope management, risk assessment, and quality control to ensure project deliverables meet standards and deadlines.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications that clearly articulate project status, challenges, and successes.
- Ensure compliance with tribal personnel and financial policies while managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Proven supervisory experience with strong team leadership capabilities; adept at motivating diverse teams toward common goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
