Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location: In-Person, Virginia Beach, VA | Reports to: Marketing Manager
The Role
Native Nation Events (NNE) is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage our digital infrastructure and support our lead generation engine. In this role, you will serve as a technical "operator," focusing on executing marketing efforts by ensuring our HubSpot ecosystem is optimized, data is clean, and our tech stack is seamlessly integrated.
Your primary objective is to maintain standardized processes, oversee automation setup, and manage our database to drive Native Nation Event’s core business goals through precise reporting and data hygiene.

Core Responsibilities
- HubSpot Administration & Data Hygiene: Act as a primary HubSpot administrator. Perform regular data cleanup, manage list segmentation, and ensure contact organization for highly efficient targeting.
- Database & Lead Generation Support: Implement lead-gen strategies and stay informed on industry trends. Collaborate with the sales team to translate event feedback into lead-nurturing tracks that expand NNE’s reach.
- Automation & Journey Management: Assist in the setup and optimization of automated customer journeys and workflows to move prospects effectively through the marketing funnel.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign performance beyond surface-level metrics by pulling detailed reports on attribution and ROI.
- Technical Connectivity: Facilitate seamless integration between core platforms (Website, CRM, and Event Management systems) to ensure reliable data flow and an optimized attendee experience.
- Event & Operational Support: Oversee pre-conference digital preparation, including lead capture and registration workflows. While primarily a remote function, limited travel may occur to support business objectives as situational opportunities arise.

Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Experience: 1–3 years in a digital marketing or administrative role.
- Platform Proficiency: Practical experience with HubSpot (Certifications are a significant plus but not required).
- Core Skills: Strong interest and aptitude for database management, list segmentation, and CRM workflows.
Preferred (The "Plus" Factors)
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with (or a strong willingness to learn) WordPress and FooEvents.
- Foundational knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta ad platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with attribution tracking and complex marketing email automation.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills:
- A data-driven approach to audience targeting and niche event marketing.
- Ability to organize and execute technical tasks within a CRM to ensure total data integrity.
