Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Seasonal Jewelry Sales Associate to join our retail team during peak shopping seasons. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, and creating an engaging shopping experience for our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for jewelry and fashion, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop retail skills and contribute to a vibrant team focused on sales excellence.
The gallery features beautiful, authentic, and handmade Native American jewelry and art. Our inventory represents the largest selection of Native American jewelry in Arizona. We also showcase Navajo sand paintings, Pueblo pottery, carving knives, runes, and other artifacts of historical interest. We deal directly with tribes of the Southwest so nothing is imported.
- Must have at least 3-5 years retail sales experience
- Is able to work independently and multi-task
- Has good communication skills
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Is interested in a seasonal term position

Shift is 3 Days a week, 10 hours a day, this is a seasonal position until January 2027
*Pay increases based on performance to $24 hour. Extra hours may be available
Job responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Sharing product and Artist information
- Carefully handling jewelry and artwork
- Operating Point-of-Sale system (training provided)
- Opening and Closing the Gallery independently
- Keeping the store and display cases clean and beautifully presented
