What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Native Fine Diner?
Must haves
-Availability to work weekday lunch shifts in addition to dinner shifts
-Previous serving experience
Strongly Preferred
-21 years of age or older
-Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in elevated casual/casual fine dining restaurant
-Wine and cocktail knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential
Responsibilities
-Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
-Guide guests through food and beverage selections
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
-Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
-Uphold the high standards of hospitality our guests expect
