About the Role
Native American Transformer Services (NATS) and its affiliated entities are seeking a meticulous and proactive Human Resources & Safety Coordinator. This role is the backbone of our operational compliance, managing the full employee lifecycle across multiple sister companies while ensuring our rigorous safety standards are never compromised.
The ideal candidate is a Zoho power user who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and possesses a "safety-first" mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Systems Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
• Talent Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing personnel file maintenance.
• Safety Compliance: Track all employee safety certifications and training completions. You will be responsible for identifying upcoming expirations and ensuring 100% compliance across the board.
• Multi-Entity Support: Provide HR and administrative support across various affiliated business entities, maintaining consistent standards while respecting individual company needs.
• Audit & Documentation: Maintain all labor law compliance documentation and assist in audit preparation to ensure we remain "contract-ready" at all times.
• Field Engagement: Travel up to 10% to conduct site visits, assist with audits, and engage with team members on the ground.
Required Qualifications
• Professional Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Systems Knowledge: Previous experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit is highly preferred.
• Safety Oversight: Proven track record in safety tracking, certification management, or high-compliance environments.
• Logistics: Ability to travel as required and manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience supporting multi-entity organizations or shared services models.
• Direct experience with audit preparation and regulatory reporting.
