The Youth Prevention Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating operational, administrative, and grant-related functions that support the success of NARA NW's Youth Prevention Program. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled in project coordination and data management, and committed to building positive relationships with youth, families, Tribal communities, and partner organizations.

- Coordinate and manage grant-funded projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, budgets, reporting deadlines, and performance measures.
- Develop, maintain, and improve systems for tracking grant outcomes, objectives, program activities, and required documentation.

- Oversee data collection, quality assurance, and reporting processes for Youth Prevention programs and activities.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the Youth Prevention Program and internal departments.
- Coordinate meetings, project activities, and communication among program staff, leadership, funders, Tribal partners, schools, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with Tribal communities, educational institutions, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Support weekly Youth Nights, prevention groups, leadership development activities, and community events.
- Attend and support Tribal Prevention Camp and other prevention-focused community engagement opportunities.
