Compensation & Performance Incentives
- Base Pay: ~$33.00-36.00 / hour
- Production Incentive: Includes a guaranteed bi-weekly production incentive (averaging $700 - $1,200 per pay period / an additional $8.75 - $15.00/hr), driven by high plant efficiency.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume component manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate possesses strong experience across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the confidence to troubleshoot equipment independently while collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Maintain specialized equipment including industrial saws, presses, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, chains, and bearings.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot control systems.
- Support continuous improvement projects, equipment installations, and upgrades.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance leadership to maximize uptime and operational reliability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
- Proven background in industrial or multi-craft maintenance.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
- Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission systems (motors, gearboxes, chains, bearings).
- Experience with VFDs and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound, independent repair decisions in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior maintenance experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting, climbing, bending, and working in an active industrial environment).
