Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment with minimal supervision. Ensure plant uptime, product quality, and cost efficiency while leading the maintenance team and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Equipment Reliability: Keep plant and equipment running to meet production capacity; track and improve KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, post-PM performance) and support TPM initiatives.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce industry safety norms and regulatory compliance, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop direct reports, conduct performance evaluations, manage discipline, and foster team cohesion.
• Work Order Management: Track maintenance progress against schedules, log job updates, and execute corrective actions as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead plant-wide process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize facility systems.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience:
  • 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • 3 years of PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance, Prisma).
• Core Competencies: Strong team leadership, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
