Production Assistant

We provide parents and learning center directors with an effortless same-day photo experience. Teddy Bear portraits photographs nearly one million children annually in learning centers and pre-schools across the United States.

Legacy Studios has an immediate opening for a Print & Production Specialist in our Goodlettsville office.

Your duties will include:

• Create printing templates with Photoshop and InDesign
• Generate composite photos and email samples to clients for final approval
• Data entry of school rosters
• Collate, fold, crease, package and print various products including image sheets, business cards, composites, and diplomas
• Process specialty products and manually fulfill when needed
• Order fulfillment
• Maintain the production queue in our systems management software and resolve all open production tickets

The skills and experience required for this position include:

• Strong computer skills including Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Needs to be highly organized and able to multi-task
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous print experience
• Experience with Roes and/or Millers Remote Suites is highly desirable
