Responsibilities:
- Verifying and organizing the on-boarding paperwork for all new hires.
- Completing orientation training for all new hires.
- Maintaining schedules and calendars and communicating this to team members.
- Implementing safety training to all employees.
- Reporting all claims to the insurance company. Coordinating the accident investigation review.
- Opening the office, answering phone calls, ordering supplies.
- Assisting with employee and customer needs maintaining a positive disposition at all times.
- Providing help on special projects for the Controller when requested.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to confidently liaise with team members and clients
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to maintain smooth office operations
- Proficiency with Office Equipment and tools required for daily administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English is required**
- 4 year degree required
Salary Range $23 - $27 per hour based on experience.
