Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates and performs the daily functions for supply and equipment distribution for departments as well as shipping services.
- Notifies departments of order status. Advises essential stakeholders of problems and delays on orders as needed.
- Acts as a liaison between department leadership, support staff, vendors, and customers to fulfill supply and equipment requests, resolve incorrect orders, invoice discrepancies, shipping and courier services, and vendor returns.
- Receives and inspects incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.

Skills
- Knowledge of supply distribution and materials management terminology.
- Must be courteous to all customers both vendor representatives and employees visiting the Central Distribution Department.
