- Operates printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality print materials.
- Maintains and troubleshoots issues with printing equipment through service calls or routine preventative maintenance.
- Interacts with customers to provide best production options and on-time delivery.
- Ensures printed materials meet quality standards and evaluates business processes for areas needing improvement.
- Maintains and reports accurate records of print jobs. Manages Print Shop inventory and supplies.
- High school graduate, required.
- Technical college coursework, preferred.

Technical certification, preferred.
Skills
- Ability to learn and utilize computer software to perform requested work assignments and projects.
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
- Effective word processing, database management, spreadsheet, and other related computer skills
- Organizational, planning, documentation, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Two years of printing experience, preferred.
- Experience in a health care setting, preferred.
