Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, trimmers, and other finishing machinery)
- Read and interpret job tickets to meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
This role requires attention to detail, mechanical ability, and a strong commitment to producing quality work in a fast-paced environment. As experience is gained, opportunities for growth are presented to help you further your career at Citicom.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or in a similar role in the print industry (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
