Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and supervise crews and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for new and reroof projects.
- Maintain communication with clients and project contacts regarding scheduling and progress.
- Verify material deliveries and inventory at job sites.
- Conduct safety oversight and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with company policies.
- Complete project closeout documents and assist with quality control.
- Travel will be required 100% of the time.
- Minimum 5 plus years of commercial roofing installation experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English – Highly Preferred (Written & Verbal)
- Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- English fluency required; Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
- Full-time, salaried position: $75k- $80k
