Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in commercial roofing or a related industry, with a focus on service management, estimating, and project oversight.
- Proven track record of managing and growing service operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing and service industry standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with estimating, project oversight, and client management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and budgeting/reporting tools
- Ability to create and manage budgets and key performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
