Client Care Specialist

Job Description:

As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing and processing residential loan files from application to closing. You'll play a critical role in ensuring all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations and company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify all loan application documentation for completeness and compliance
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties
• Ensure all processing timelines are met to avoid delays
• Prepare files for underwriting and ensure timely submission
• Respond to conditions from underwriters and clear them accordingly
• Maintain accurate and updated records

Qualifications

• 1 year of mortgage loan processing experience (conventional, FHA, VA loans)
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and compliance regulations
• Proficiency with loan origination software (Encompass & SalesForce preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
