Visiting Angels is looking for a Full Time Client Care Coordinator/Marketing Professional for our Sterling Heights office.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
1) Coordinating the Care of Seniors in their homes.
2) Doing assessments of the care recipients in their homes.
3) Following up with services provided to assure satisfaction.
4) Organizing schedules.
5) Supervising caregivers.
6) Taking potential client calls and signing new clients.
7) Adherence to community, State and Federal policies and procedures.
8) Sending out educational materials.
9) Collaborating with families, physicians and care staff to ensure plan of care is followed.
10) Taking after hour phone calls as scheduled.
11) Working in a team atmosphere.
12) Marketing to potential referral sources.
13) Working with our referral sources.
14) Creating new referral sources.
15) Maintaining Care Recipient files
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent, RN, MSW, LPN, Human Resources, Business Management, CNA
One year of management experience over seeing multiple employees. Experience in Private Duty Home Care/Home Health Care.
Computer proficiency a must.
Scheduling Software experience a plus, we use Rosemark but Hometrax, Clearcare, Axis Care....
Excellent communication skills.
Outgoing/Friendly Personality.
Reliable transportation.
Clear criminal history and drug screen.
Must have a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Must be able to keep yourself organized and multitask.
We offer 80 hours Vacation, 40 hours Sick pay and 401k with match as benefits.
MUST HAVE MIN 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SENIORS IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION TO BE CONSIDERED
