Role Description
The Strategic Account Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with broker and correspondent partners. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing pipelines, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional service to partners. Additionally, the Strategic Account Executive will stay informed about industry trends, provide product updates, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in client relationship management, business development, and networking.
- Experience in the mortgage or lending industry, with knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM products.
- Strong sales acumen, including the ability to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales tracking software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and represent the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
