Role Descriptions:
- A Java Technical Lead bridges the gap between software development and project management.
- They are responsible for architecting Java-based applications| guiding development teams| enforcing clean code standards| and mentoring junior engineers to ensure high-quality| scalable| and timely software delivery.
Key Responsibilities-
Architecture & Design:
- Design system architecture and write technical specifications for enterprise products.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Java developers| conduct code reviews| and oversee sprint deliverables.
- Hands-On Coding: Participate in complex programming| refactoring| and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Quality Assurance: Ensure CI/CD pipelines| automated testing| and TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices are utilized.

Required Qualifications/ Experience:
