Manufacturing Facility Experience Must have 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, supporting facility operations, equipment, and infrastructure.
Engineering Background
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience) with strong technical understanding.

Facilities & Equipment Management
Proven ability to manage facility systems, equipment installations, preventive maintenance programs, and plant infrastructure.
