- Respond as necessary to weather-related events and activities.
- Act as an Emergency Responder, which includes training and certification in performing first-aid, CPR, and AED operation.

- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Industrial Technology accepted) plus 5 years minimum experience in a high-volume manufacturing plant, all associated equipment, and robots / automated equipment, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software system or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Write clear and legible reports and correspondence.
- Perform basic math operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
- Monitor and maintain detailed filing systems for multiple concurrent projects.
- Understand local building codes and electrical distribution systems.
- Read and create blueprints (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
- Familiar with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Ability to develop project schedules and budgets.
- Ability to work within limited or tight budget constraints.
- Adapt quickly to new projects and changing priorities.
- Demonstrate strong supervisory and team collaboration skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

- 10 years'' experience in a high-volume plastics manufacturing plant, working with injection molding machines up to 2000 tons, all associated equipment, and robots / automated equipment.
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
