Role Description
The ATM Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Glendora, CA. The associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Daily tasks
- Reaching out to prospective customers, preparing quotations, presenting solutions, and managing sales transactions efficiently. Providing product knowledge, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Make daily outbound calls to new and existing customers (gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, markets, liquor stores, etc).
- Handle high volume incoming sales calls.
- Build relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Answer questions, follow up, and provide excellent customer support.
- Manage and update CRM records while building a strong sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships with a customer-focused approach
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer skills
- Knowledge of or experience in the payments, ATM, or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent B2B sales experience
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
