AT&T Associate

Legion Sales Solutions is an authorized dealer for AT&T, expanding our sales team in Woodland Hills and surrounding areas. We are currently hiring for a full-time AT&T Associate role focused on in-person customer acquisition within the telecommunications industry.

As an AT&T Associate, you will work directly with customers to promote and sell AT&T wireless and internet services, guiding them through plan options and completing new account activations. This is a sales-focused, performance-driven role with hands-on training provided.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

• Engage with customers in-person in residential or assigned territories
• Present and sell AT&T wireless, mobile, and internet services
• Explain service plans, pricing, and current promotions clearly and accurately
• Assess customer needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions
• Complete new customer enrollments and account activations
• Track and document all sales and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed individual sales performance goals
• Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all customer interactions

Compensation & Employment Details

• Employment Type: Full-time employee (W-2)
• Schedule: 40–45 hours per week (Monday–Saturday availability required)
• Pay Structure: Commission-only

Work Environment

• This role is in-person
• Work takes place in residential, door-to-door, and assigned field territories
• Based out of Woodland Hills with travel to surrounding areas as needed

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation required
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided)

Pay: From $850.00 per week
