What You’ll Do

Job Duties:

We are currently seeking a Breakdown Coordinator to add to our maintenance team in Ft. Recovery, OH.

Handle equipment breakdown calls, coordinate repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm

What We’re Looking For

Job Requirements:

Customer service skills when working with vendors and technicians
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills and urgency to deal with breakdown situations
Previous mechanic experience a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong Leadership and Organizational skills
Product knowledge to ensure they identify parts correctly and recommend the needed parts for repair
Good communication skills
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
Possibility of remote work opportunity after training
