We are currently seeking a Breakdown Coordinator to add to our maintenance team in Ft. Recovery, OH.
Job Duties:
- Handle equipment breakdown calls, coordinate repairs
Job Requirements:
- Customer service skills when working with vendors and technicians
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and urgency to deal with breakdown situations
- Previous mechanic experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Leadership and Organizational skills
- Product knowledge to ensure they identify parts correctly and recommend the needed parts for repair
- Good communication skills
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
- Possibility of remote work opportunity after training
