We are seeking an experienced Private Utility Locating Technician to perform precise subsurface utility detection and mapping for commercial and residential sites. Responsibilities include identifying and marking private utilities—water, sewer, electrical, gas, irrigation, and communication lines—using electromagnetic locators and ground penetrating radar (GPR). The technician will analyze site plans, as-builts, and utility records, document findings with detailed sketches and digital reports, and ensure accuracy for project planning, excavation, and construction. Strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and independent field work are essential.
