National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Janitors for our location in Chicago, IL 60660!Duties include: Cleaning the common areas of a condominium building. These common areas include the atrium, lobby, management office, community room, fitness room, mail room, elevators, hallways, chute rooms, stairwells, laundry rooms, and restrooms.Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday• From 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM • (30 hours in total)Pay rate: $16.60 HR!Bi-weekly pay!Requirements:• Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills are a plus!• Own transportation to get to work.• Two valid forms of IDs.• Ability to safely perform some heavy lifting.• Must have experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.• A Background Check and Drug test will be conducted.• Availability to start immediately.Depending on the volume of interests and submissions, we will only be contacting applicants who meet all of the minimum requirements listed in the job description.
