The successful candidates will join one of three distinct teams; all multidisciplinary requiring flexibility within a dynamic work environment. (3) Workplace Psychological Consultation - Management Consultation The selected individual will support the NSA mission by providing multi-tiered support to managers at all levels including Embedded Psychological Support, Tailored Consultations to Management, and Psychological Education and Training. Psychoeducational classes on topics such as depression, stress reduction, suicide awareness and prevention, and deployment are included in the scope of work.

The Office of Occupational Health & Well-Being (OHWB), known as the NSA Medical Center, supports the mission by applying professional knowledge in Occupational Health, Environmental, Industrial Hygiene and Safety operating in accordance with all governing body regulations. OHWB personnel will provide clinical services, including emergency response, physical exams, immunizations, vision and preventative health screenings. Personnel will also provide technical, managerial, and administrative services to the entire workforce. Promoting, assessing and optimizing the health and safety of the NSA workforce and workplace is always priority.
Qualifications
The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Degree must be in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field in psychology. A valid license to practice psychology in any state or territory is also required. Relevant experience must include one or more of the following: providing direct client care, psychological assessment, intervention, consultation, or teaching (internships count toward this requirement). Expert level: Experience must also include leading people, programs, or projects. SENIOR Entry is with a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
