NREIG is seeking four (4) entry level EOI Coordinator to join our growing team in our new Knoxville, TN office. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers and customers, this could be a great opportunity to start or grow your career in insurance operations.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Processing accounts receivable payments
- Supporting collections efforts and following up on past-due accounts with professionalism and tact
- Answering client billing questions via phone and email
- Monitoring receivables and assisting with month-end closing activities
- Coordinating non-payment cancellations in compliance with company guidelines
- Assisting with escrow billing for renewals, deposits, refunds, and large client requests
- Maintaining accurate records while protecting confidential information
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and diplomacy when working with clients on billing and payment issues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Dependable, regular attendance
