Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist
OVERVIEW
National Power Management, Inc. is a Texas-based corporation specializing in energy infrastructure and facility management. We are launching a large-scale project to transition our physical technical archives and financial records into a centralized cloud-based system. We are seeking remote specialists to assist with high-volume data entry and document digitization.
DUTIES
Digital Transcription: Accurately enter data from scanned technical reports, service contracts, and corporate filings into our internal database.
Audit & Review: Cross-reference digitized files with original source documents to ensure 100% accuracy of technical specifications.
File Organization: Categorize digital assets according to corporate naming conventions and upload them to secure cloud storage.
Quality Control: Identify and flag illegible or incomplete source documents for further review.
Reporting: Maintain a daily log of processed records and meet weekly project milestones.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive) and Microsoft Excel.Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of concentration for repetitive tasks.
Typing: Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
Experience: Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or document management is a plus.Availability: Must be able to work independently in a remote setting and adhere to deadlines.
Pay: $24.97 - $30.07 per hour
