What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Support Representative position at National Police Federal Credit Union?
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will represent the credit union in a professional and welcoming manner when greeting members and the general public, both in person and over the phone. They will ensure visitors and callers are promptly directed to the appropriate department or employee for assistance. The candidate will also perform additional administrative duties as assigned and as needed.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the credit union lobby as well as handling incoming and outgoing packages.
- Process returned and bad address mail according to policy.
- Organize, date stamp, and distribute external and internal mail to the appropriate departments daily.
- Assist with the centralized branch supply ordering and oversee the kitchen and storage room inventory.
- Assist with special projects and administrative responsibilities that support the daily operations of Branch Support Services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 29.0 per week
