NPW is seeking a driven and experienced Facility Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily store operations. We are looking for a dedicated leader with a strong background in the automotive aftermarket industry and previous management experience. This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus program.

Key Responsibilities- Lead daily store operations and drive profitable sales growth.
- Inspire, coach, and motivate Counter Sales and Shipping team members to achieve performance goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage operating expenses and support overall business profitability.
- Identify opportunities for growth through customer engagement and sales initiatives.
- Monitor local market conditions, industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability and results.
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, to support daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the automotive industry.
- At least one (1) year of management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly lift and carry 10-20 pounds.
- Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders or steps as needed.
