NPW is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse Team Member I to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and contributes to maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Team Member I will support daily warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products, inventory management, stocking merchandise, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and committed to ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Receive, inspect, and stock products in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Accurately pull orders using numeric and alphanumeric part numbers
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure inventory accuracy
- Prepare and complete customer orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness, including daily trash removal
- Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by warehouse leadership
- Meet productivity standards while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Forklift certification is a plus!

Physical Requirements
