Auto Parts Warehouse Team Member I

NPW is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse Team Member I to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and contributes to maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Team Member I will support daily warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products, inventory management, stocking merchandise, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and committed to ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• No prior warehouse experience required
• Receive, inspect, and stock products in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Accurately pull orders using numeric and alphanumeric part numbers
• Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare and complete customer orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness, including daily trash removal
• Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by warehouse leadership
• Meet productivity standards while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

    Forklift certification is a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders or steps as needed
• Frequently lift and carry 10-20 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use hands and arms to handle, reach, and move products safely
