Registered Nurse New Graduate

National Park Medical Center is seeking a compassionate RN New Grad to join our acute care team. In this full-time role, you will provide safe, patient-centered care under the guidance of experienced preceptors while building core nursing skills in assessments, medication administration, and care coordination. You will participate in a structured new grad program with classroom learning, skills labs, and mentorship. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and hospital protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately in the EHRCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Participate in code situations and follow emergency response procedures
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
• Attend new grad training, skills labs, and competency evaluations
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
