Key Responsibilities:
FP&A & Integration Support
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across combined entities
- Assist in post-merger integration of financial reporting, including harmonizing charts of accounts, KPIs, and reporting structures
- Analyze revenue, margins, inventory, and operating expenses across multiple distribution channels and legacy systems
- Identify synergies, cost-saving opportunities, and operational efficiencies
Business Partnering
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to provide actionable insights
- Help drive consistency in performance measurement across business units
- Support leadership in evaluating integration progress and operational performance
Reporting & Data Analytics
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to standardize and enhance reporting visibility
- Perform large-scale data analysis across ERP systems and data warehouses
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Financial Review & Executive Communication
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review packages with clear, concise written commentary
- Deliver variance analysis vs. budget/forecast with actionable insights
- Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives for senior leadership
Process Improvement & Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and data governance
- Support the implementation and optimization of FP&A tools (e.g., Vena or similar planning platforms)
- Support the development of a scalable FP&A framework aligned with company growth
- Contribute to building a best-in-class FP&A function post-integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
- 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Experience in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments strongly preferred
- Proven experience supporting system, process, or business integration initiatives (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (required)
- Experience working with large datasets / big data environments (SQL or similar tools preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with FP&A planning tools such as Vena (preferred)
- Strong ability to develop financial narratives and executive-level reporting
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
