POSITION SUMMARY - 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Temporary project work. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is hands on with in house construction projects to maintain and update commercial buildings in a manufacturing environment. HVAC, plumbing, framing, electrical, masonry, drywall etc. experience recommended. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Functions Statement(s)• Assist and /or lead with in house construction projects in a timely manner.• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, framing, electrical, masonry, dry wall etc.• Commercial building and installation. • Take an active role in safety. Assist with implementing and suggesting improvements.
