Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Analyst

Location: Rye, NY | Full-Time | Starting Fall 2027

National Multifamily is now hiring for our Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Analyst position. Our program combines training, structure, support, and salary with a close-knit, entrepreneurial culture. We are a high-performance boutique investment sales firm focused exclusively on brokering multifamily properties.

What you’ll do:

• Support the team with financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation of multifamily properties
• Research market data and trends to identify opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
• Participate in client meetings, property tours, and team strategy sessions
• Prospect new business and grow your professional network with direct outreach to property owners and investors

Requirements:

• A soon-to-be or recent college graduate (Bachelor’s degree by Summer 2027)
• Ability to drive to Rye, NY office and properties in surrounding areas
• Track record of success: athletics, personal achievements, or leadership roles
• Excellent communication skills
• US work authorization
• Real Estate License (not required for initial interviews)
